All children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 18 months old. We do provide car seats and the guest is welcome to bring their own. [ CLOSE ]

We have a 100% cancellation charge for less than 24 hours notice. There is no cancellation charge with more than 24 hours notice. [ CLOSE ]

The tours are mainly sightseeing tours. However, our Valley of Fire tour has optional hikes, and all of our tours involve some degree of walking.[ CLOSE ]

Our tours operate rain or shine. Rainfall offers a chance for rainbows and waterfalls providing spectacular photo opportunities. If the weather conditions are severe we would offer to switch your tour, reschedule, or give you a refund. Gratuities are appreciated if you enjoyed your tour and the amount of any gratuity is left up to each guest. Industry standard is 10 to 15%[ CLOSE ]

Our tours are small and personalized seating up to10 guests per vehicle for a more comfortable, small group interactive experience. [ CLOSE ]

Our tours often sell out and we maximize each vehicle to accommodate all of our customers. It is likely there will be other people on the vehicle.[ CLOSE ]
