For 2011, Pink Jeep Tours-Las Vegas wanted to have a local elementary school student create their holiday card. The Public Education Foundation helped choose which school to participate in this particular project. Pink Jeep Tours collaborated with the Kermit R. Booker Senior Empowerment Elementary School for the project. Art Teacher Mr. Adelaja had students create entries for the Holiday Card Contest. Students from 1st to 5th grades participated.

Students were asked to draw the tour vehicle, the Tour Trekker, and include a holiday theme for their card entries. Entries were submitted by Mr. Adelaja and judged by Canyon Creative and Design, Inc. There were entries that placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

The winning recipient received an Eldorado Canyon Tour for the student and their family.

In lieu of holiday gifts, a donation was also provided by Pink Jeep Tours to the Kermit R. Booker Senior Empowerment School. The donation is for the students in need at the school.

We believe if you are going to be a tour company in the state of Nevada, one should be certified according to state regulations. Conducting tours to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam do not require State licensing. We believe in giving back to the community where we work and live. We’re all about being good corporate citizens and we have a long history of helping important causes. Besides supporting and contributing to many local charities we also donate a percentage of every Red Rock Canyon tour to the Nevada Cancer Institute. Every fall in October we kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month through our Trek for the Cure fundraiser.We also take our stewardship of the land very seriously. Working closely with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Park rangers, our guides keep on the lookout for damaged roads and situations that need to be reported. We always take extra water on board, emergency equipment and will help anyone who is in trouble in this vast and open terrain. We also support and contribute to the following organizations:
