You may email your questions to reservations@pinkjeep.com
What should we bring/wear?We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing, which includes sturdy hiking or tennis shoes, hats, sunglasses and sunscreen. Also remember to bring bottled water, camera and film.
[ CLOSE ] Can you pick me up at my hotel? We offer hotel pick-ups in the Sedona area at no additional charge. Depending on your hotel location, we will either pick-up with our jeeps or our complimentary shuttle. The Reservationists can help coordinate a pick-up for you when you make your reservation.
[ CLOSE ] What happens if it rains? Our tours operate rain or shine. Arizona has a lot of micro climates so most rainfall is short-lived. The rainfall offers a chance for rainbows and waterfalls providing spectacular photo opportunities. We also have rain ponchos on our jeeps. If the
weather conditions are severe causing the trails to be unsafe, we would offer to switch your tour, reschedule, or give you a refund.
[ CLOSE ] Are there restrooms on the tours? We have restrooms at our
office where the tours depart for your use. We highly recommend using the restroom prior to your tour departure. There is also a restroom available at the cliff dwelling on the Ancient Ruin Tour.
[ CLOSE ] Do you offer tours for pregnant women?Because of the off-road nature of our Jeep tours, we do not allow pregnant women on any of our published Jeep tour options. However, we do offer the
Grand Canyon Experience and an on-road Scenic Sedona Tour for pregnant women. Please call us directly for more information on the Scenic Sedona tour option.
[ CLOSE ] Can I get a private Jeep? You can reserve a private tour by purchasing all seats on the Jeep. Depending on the time of year, we charge for 7 seats on the Broken Arrow Tour and 6 seats on all other tours.
[ CLOSE ] What does a “U.S. Forest Service Permitted Company” mean? The Forest Service issues permits for commercial companies to use the various forest trails and land. As a permitted company, Pink Jeep Tours adheres to Forest Service regulations which requires insurance, CPR and first-aid training for all guides, and ongoing trail maintenance. It also limits the number of jeeps allowed on the trails at one time and provides royalty fees to the Forest Service for the use of public lands.
[ CLOSE ] Do you offer vortex tours?Because of its spiritual nature, most customers prefer to tour the vortex sites in their own private vehicle rather than with a group of strangers. The vortex sites are accessible in your car and a map is available at the Chamber of Commerce. Pink Jeep Tours specializes in jeep tours to more remote locations that are not easily accessible in a private vehicle.
[ CLOSE ] Do you offer a senior discount? Our standard rates are based on all ages. Seniors can also take advantage of our 20% Early Bird discount for tours booked at 7:00 am, or a 10% repeat customer discount.
