As part of our corporate mission, Pink Jeep Tours takes our commitment to safety, environmental stewardship and giving back to the community very seriously.

It also means acting responsibly. To that end, we have sought and been granted all the proper certifications, licensing and permits required by the State of Arizona to operate our vehicles and conduct our tours.

Here is a listing of our certificates and permits:

IN STATE CERTIFICATION

  • Department of Transportation #1078.1 permits Pink Jeep Tours to conduct tours within the state.
  • Pink Jeep Tours complies with all state regulations including vehicle maintenance and driver qualification files.

PERMITS

  • Pink Jeep Tours is a United Stated Forest Service Permitted Company.
  • Pink Jeep Tours holds permits with the National Park Service which allows us to operate tours at the Grand Canyon National Park South Rim.

GUIDE CERTIFICATION

The continuing education of our tour guides is paramount. We want you to have the best tour experience, be inspired and educated by their knowledge, and walk away with a new appreciation of this vast wilderness.

  • Most of our guides become Certified Interpretive Guides (CIG). The National Association for Interpretation (NAI) offers a credential for tour guides to train in interpretive techniques and then acknowledge that training with an internationally recognized certificate.
  • For the guides, completing the intensive 32-hour training course results in providing Pink Jeep guests with a more informed interpretation of natural, cultural and historic details about Sedona and other tour destinations in the area.
  • All of our guides are certified in First Aid and CPR.
